Real estate solutions are generally disparate. The CRM is separate from the projects run. For managing facilities etc, generally there is a different solution. However, the unified solution aims at bringing the various aspects of managing a real estate together. A unified solution provides a single view of sales, projects and facility management under one roof.

What we did
PENSIR – for an infrastructure company
A company in the Construction and Interior Decoration for major clients was looking at a solution manage and monitor multiple projects as is the case of any other company in the similar line of business. The two major issues were - maintaining versions of quotation sent to the client and monitoring running bills from different vendors. Pertaining to Version of Quotation, multiple iterations of the quotation were prepared before the work order is issued. In each version of the quotation, a line item would be deleted or added or modified, quantity of one or more-line items changed multiple time and similarly the quoted price would vary in each version of quotation in one or more-line items. This posed a challenge in maintaining versions with the components as well as visibility to the changes.
Benefits : PENSIR resolved this issue where changes were tracked at user level and was traceable and verifiable. A related issue that was also resolved, was tracking work that was outsourced to vendors. With PENSIR bills submitted by vendors could be tracked against tasks and completion monitored. This helped easy verification for payments. Other key benefits were reports generated to view variances, cash and fund flows helping better management of overruns. The mobile app facility helped site engineers to provide status by uploading photographs of the project, reporting manpower availability and material on real time basis thus improving overall performance of projects
