A large Security Solutions Management company in Malaysia has been having challenges in implementing an end-to-end HRMS system. The organization operated in various properties across.
The current system had many manual touchpoints with extensive use of excel sheets. Various modules such as Attendance System, Security path monitoring system, Security time management system, leave & Loan management were disparate and not integrated leaving Payroll generation a challenge every month. The standalone attendance system and data from the system had to be validated manually with various checks and balances and input into payroll. Errors in attendance could not be rectified after payroll generation. Overtime (OT) calculation has been too cumbersome especially over work on holidays and rest day. The overall process became complex and complicated.
The FocusRAi team implemented the end-to-end HRMS solution beginning with an attendance management system that helped capture attendance through a device. Shift, rosters and leave settings were configured.
